The livingroom looks so much bigger now that those tiny windows have been replaced by a big bow window. I am definitely enjoying all the natural light. In addition, your suggestion for the siding on the tower has dramatically improved the overall appearance of the house. The process of find a company to replace the 16 windows on the second floor plus the window and patio door combinations in the family room seemed daunting at times. It was not the job itself that was difficult but rather the process of obtaining quotes and having my questions answered. From wildly disparate quotes to salesmen who wanted to speak to "the man of the house" or didn't want to answer questions about the installation, the entire process was frustrating. Just a few line to thank you for a job well done. Recently you installed an aluminium door for us and as always it was installed in a timely and professional manner. It has opened up our front door view and added a totally new look to the front of our house. The previous door was brown and had three vertical sections that seemed to darken the appearance and cut down our view. The new aluminium doors have come a long way from the older style doors. My husband and I particularly like the two way movement (up and down) that we can get from the sliding glass portion of the door. The glass down position with the screen open at the top is ideal for us. When we have our daughters dogs over to visit or little toddlers, we don't have to worry about screen damage. The door seems to close very quietly and is very secure with the new dead bolt system. We are both very pleased and happy with your latest installation. I will continue to use your products and services and highly recommend anyone else to do the same.
